About Me

I am an Assistant Professor with School of Informatics, Xiamen University, China. Before that, I was a research engineer at Huawei 2012 Labs (from Nov. 2016 to Dec. 2020). I received my PhD degree in Information Engineering at The Chinsese University of Hong Kong in 2016, supervised by Prof. Soung Chang Liew. Previously, I received my BSc and ME degrees in Computer Science both from Nanjing University, supervised by Prof. Guihai Chen.

My research interests are in the area of wireless communication and networks (e.g., IoT, 5G/B5G/6G), computer networks (e.g., Data Center Networks, Transport Protocol), and mobile computing (e.g., localization, sensing). I am interested in solving challenging problems in real systems, and my expertise lies in developing practical solutions for these problems.

I am currently focusing on

  • Low-Power Wide Area Networks (LoRa, NB-IoT);

  • 5G/B5G Networks (L1/L2 algorithms, vRAN platform);

  • Computer Networks (Network Verification).

I am a member of Future Networking Lab@XMU led by Prof. Liqun Fu. I also work closely with Prof. Qiao Xiang.
